There’s an AE (Account Executive), which has place in AHA Design to communicate with the clients over AHA Design’s profile and our approach in the art world. Our AE knows that understanding one another is important. So that the message that wants to be across is the same.
Our Graphic Designer, Photographer and Illustrator come in vary lines of style. We understand each client; can have different culture embodied in them. With that diverse culture we have many selections of visual artists for them.
Stylist helps the visual artist in reaching their production process to it’s maximum potential. Our stylists have a fashion background and have worked with many visual artists before. They would help the visual artists to create the perfect working ambience; by knowing who or what is located at where.
Our Marketing Practitioners & Media Buyer work closely to achieve the best price in the industry. We provide the most reasonable price for both sides (AHA Design’s and Client’s), because art is complex and eternal. A good art can be spotted anytime, but a great art last forever.
2. RECRUITING
We recruit creative people that have motivation to be original, hard worker and fits with clients. We have broad channels of visual and audio artists.
As we are approach by clients, we would carefully asked them to give us their idea of how the product wants to be approach as. Not only we’re making an advertising or consumer goods; by the end we’re making a piece of art. An art piece that represent not only from AHA Design but also a big part of the client’s side. We believe that a product that is worthy to be given away is when the clients’ find a sense of being satisfied and fulfilled.
After the brief with the client(s), we then select a few artists that we have to be assigned with them. Each artist would already put his or her portfolios with us. We then look over our list of artists and propose them to our clients. When the clients agreed, then we follow up with process of brainstorming.
