She came to us, of course with creative ideas and knick-knacks of what she wants. It wasn't that hard to get the party going. First, she knew that she wanted to have a postcard-like for her invitation. She was into vintage designs, birds and organic stuff. So, from the original concept Amanda designed the invitation with details of an old postcard, with a stamp that has the event's time and a picture of the Dried Cassava's cover album design (the band that played at the event).
Also, the birthday girl wanted to incorporate something chic to design, not just vintage. We thought it would be adorable that we put fresh flowers all over the room and also customize menus/signs all over the table. It was simple and rustic.
The guests were entertained by the lovely Dora (acting as the MC that night) with silly games and asking for testimonials from close relatives and friends. There were friends since she was just in elementary school until friends from work place. It was just lovely and personal. She also decided to have little cupcakes instead of a big cake. The cupcakes were designed based on the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. Too bad we didn't have a close-up pic of the cupcakes, it was delish!
We have some more events to share with you guys, but thank God, we've been busy, but too bad cause it's so hard to keep up with you guys. We do hope you guys keep on staying tune with our blog.
We just love making our clients happy and entertained while doing work... can't wait for our next project! Have a lovely long weekend guys (in Indonesia)!
